Primary Used on a variety of VA Model Vehicles Including Volkswagen Scirocco 09-. EOS (06), Golf (09), Golf Plus (05), Jetta (04-06), Polo (02), Fox (06), Passat (06), Passat CL (09) and Audi A3 (04), TT (07) and A4 (01).
On some vehicles in the Volkswagen Audi Group the sub-frame needs to be removed to service the suspension bushes, when removing the clutch, changing the engine, servicing the wheels, steering, stabilizer bar or control arms.
These pins are screwed into the sub-frame and used to guide it back into place once the task is complete. Care should be taken to bolt back diagonally and to the manufacturer’s recommended torque.
Two sizes are available: The first an M12 can be fitted to Volkswagen Scirocco (09), EOS (06), Golf (09), Golf Plus (05), Jetta (4-06) Polo (02), Fox (06), Passat (06), Passat CL (09), Audi A3 (04), TT (07) and A4 (01) – OEM T10096 (Sub-frame Locating Pins – Volkswagen and Audi Group (Part No 4722)).
The second size an M14 is primarily used for the new Volkswagen Crafter – OEM T10227 (Part No 4840).
