Common Rail Dummy Regulator Set
Function
Used alongside Welzh Diesel High Pressure Pump Test Kit (4606-WW) to diagnose regulator and pump issues.
Diagnosis Process
Identify Weak Pump Pressure: Observe low pump pressure.
Regulator Check: Remove regulator from the system.
Bypass and Seal: Select appropriate dummy plug to seal the port.
Pressure Observation: Monitor pressure response.
Results Interpretation
If pressure returns to normal: Regulator likely causing pressure loss.
If pressure remains low: Pump may be defective.

Common Rail Flow Meter Set
Includes: 6 glass tubes, 6 measurement cartridges with 70 cm connecting lines, mounted on aluminium bar with hooks, 24 adaptors for Denso C3, C1, Siemens C3, Delphi, Bosch, etc.
Can be used on various injector brands such as Bosch, Denso, Delphi and Siemens.
Run back amount can be measured accurately via the glass tubes.
For use on common rail engines with up to 6 injectors.
Common Rail Flow Meter Set Updated Version
Assists with diagnosis of: Poor or no engine starting, smoke on tick-over or acceleration, overall lack of engine power, rough running, poor acceleration.
Designed for use on the injector return side of a common rail diesel system, measures return fuel flow on engines up to ten injectors in one test.
Applications: Bosch, Delphi, Denso, Siemens, etc.

Includes a variety of different diameter tool kits covering a range of sizes to suit the different GEN2 bearings used by vehicle manufacturers.
Designed to distribute pressing force evenly through the outer bearing race and also allows for the suspension leg to remain in-situ on the vehicle when fitting new bearings.
